The Canadian Agricultural Human Resources Council (CAHRC) contracted Design House to develop a bilingual online searchable database of agriculture-based educational programs offered by various institutions across Canada. To ensure that its online content is current and accurate, CAHRC also requested an integral updating system whereby all participating institutions are prompted to check and update their online data on a regular basis.
The name given to this new portal is: agritalent.ca, featuring a new brand, also developed by the Design House team.
The English and French landing pages of agritalent.ca feature five different
options for online searching: Commodity, Subject, Institution, Association
and Advanced Search. Online users are able to create and customize a Short
List of programs pertinent to their profile.
CAHRC staff have complete access to all online content via a back-end Content Management System.
