INTERACTIVE GAME : Development
The main screen of the Stone Tool Search animated game conceals 12 Archaic stone tools used by the early Algonquin people to create items of clothing, shelter and transportation, and to harvest, store and prepare the food.
As the player recovers each stone tool, it migrates to a collection displayed across the top of the browser screen. These items are hyperlinked to the virtual museum of Archaic artifacts on the Omàmiwininì Pimàdjwowin website, which was also produced by Design House.
At the end of the game, the player receives a score that indicates how many of the True and False questions they answered correctly.
This interactive game was produced by Design House in partnership with The Algonquin Way Cultural Centre and Canadian Heritage.
